Offline payment methods are options that allow buyers to generate a payment voucher, such as a ticket or receipt, and pay for it at authorized payment points. You can offer payments with CLABE, Oxxo and Paycash.

To configure offline payment methods in VTEX stores, access the admin panel and follow these steps:

1. In the side menu, select Store Configuration > Payments > Configuration.
2. In the Payment Conditions tab, click the + button in the upper right corner of the screen to add a new payment method.

3. Search for the MercadoPagoOff option and select it.

4. Complete the required fields:

   • Condition Name: choose a name that allows you to identify this payment method and click the checkmark on the right to save it.
   • Status: activate the payment method using the slider button.
   • Process with provider: select MercadoPagoV2.

5. Optionally, you can add special requirements by clicking the Add special condition button.

   • Expiration date: Allows you to limit the payment method activity only for specific date periods or establish a recurrence.
   • Trade policy (Sales channel): Makes a payment condition available only for one or several specific trade policies.
   • Business condition: Creates rules that apply to specific SKU groups and determines criteria for a payment method to appear in the store checkout.
   • Account name: This field should only be completed if you have more than one store registered in the same VTEX account. In those cases, you must select which store you want to configure the payment method for.

6. Click Save to activate the configuration.

Upon completing this configuration, you will be redirected to the Payment Conditions screen, where you will see the activated offline payment methods.
