Integration data
In Integrations, select an application card to open it. The first screen displayed is Home, and the available navigation and information depend on the integrated product.
When you access a Checkout API with Orders or Checkout Pro with Orders application, the header displays its name, integrated product, and identifier. Use this information to confirm that you are working with the correct application before making changes.
Home
Home is the application's first screen. It provides the integration journey, shortcuts to monitoring tools, and resources for configuring and testing the application. The available content is updated based on the selected environment.
Test and production environments
At the top of the screen, you will find the Test / Production selector, which determines the environment and data you are working with.

- In Test, you will find all the resources needed for the integration development and testing stage, such as test credentials, accounts, cards, and payments. Operations performed in this environment do not affect real data or transactions.
- In Production, you can manage the resources used to process real operations. If the environment is not active yet, selecting it will display the steps required to enable it.
The selected environment is retained as you navigate through the sections that depend on it. Before viewing information or changing a setting, verify that the selector displays the corresponding environment.
View data and resources for each environment
On Home, contextual data and resources are displayed alongside the integration journey so you can view them without leaving the screen. Depending on the selected environment, you will find:
- Credentials: displays the Public Key and Access Token for the environment, with options to copy them.
- Test card: available in the test environment, provides the data required to simulate payments and lets you select the card brand and the result you want to test.
- Documentation and API Reference: provides direct access to the product documentation and API Reference.

Explore the Home tabs
Use the Home tabs to access the tools available in the selected environment:
- Start integrating: displays the journey with the stages and actions required to configure, test, and enable the integration.
- API Requests: displays metrics for requests made to Mercado Pago APIs and provides filters to identify errors.
- Logs: lets you view request details and analyze information about detected errors.
- Webhooks: lets you monitor notification delivery, view event details, and resend notifications when applicable.
- Test payments: displays payments made in the test environment, including their date, payment method, amount, and status. For supported offline payment methods, it also lets you simulate the available status changes.
Analyze requests with API Requests
The API Requests tab provides metrics for requests processed through the Orders API. Use the available filters to narrow down the results and identify possible errors.

View details with Logs
The Logs tab lets you view the details of each request and its response to support technical analysis of the integration.

API Requests and Logs provide two views of the same requests. In the test environment, data is updated in real time so you can review an operation immediately after performing it.
Side menu
Use the side menu to access other sections of the application:
-
Home: returns to the integration journey overview.
-
Credentials: lets you view and manage the keys for the selected environment. To learn about their characteristics, see Credentials.
-
Webhooks configuration: lets you configure the notifications that the application will receive. For complete configuration instructions, see Webhooks for Checkout API with Orders or Webhooks for Checkout Pro with Orders, depending on the integrated product.
-
Integration quality: lets you evaluate the application's quality and identify improvements. To learn about the process, see Integration quality for Checkout API with Orders or Integration quality for Checkout Pro with Orders, depending on the integrated product.
Application settings
Select Edit application to open a separate screen where you can change the application's data and settings. The form is organized into the following sections:
- Basic data: lets you update the application's logo, name, short name, description, and category.
- Advanced settings: lets you manage OAuth redirect URLs and authorization options, such as PKCE and application permissions.
In the Integrated API field, you can view or change the API associated with the product: Orders or Payments for Checkout API and Orders or Preferences for Checkout Pro. Before saving your changes, verify that the selected option matches the integration you want to implement, as this choice determines the resources and credentials available for the application.
