# MD for: https://www.mercadopago.com.mx/developers/en/docs/wallet-connect-legacy/additional-content/your-integrations/test/accounts.md \# Test accounts Test accounts let you simulate the activity of people involved in a purchase without using real data. They are intended for specific scenarios that require operating or logging in with another Mercado Pago account. > NOTE > > To validate your integration, use the application's \[test credentials\](https://www.mercadopago.com.mx/developers/en/docs/your-integrations/credentials#bookmark\_test\_credentials). Test accounts are not required for these tests; use them only if the scenario you want to validate requires simulating the activity or login of another Mercado Pago account. A test account is generated automatically when you create an application. You can also create additional accounts until you reach a limit of \*\*15 accounts\*\*. If a specific scenario requires test accounts, use one seller account and one buyer account from the same country. If you work with a marketplace model, you can also use an account that represents the integrator. When using test accounts, you can complement these scenarios with \[test cards\](https://www.mercadopago.com.mx/developers/en/docs/your-integrations/test/cards) and the fictional balance available in the accounts. The way you access and manage them varies depending on the integrated product. :::::TabsComponent ::::TabComponent{title="Checkout API and Checkout Pro with Orders"} ## View test account details The \*\*Credentials\*\* screen displays the application credentials and test account details for the selected environment. Authorize the use of your personal data according to the \[Privacy Statement\](https://www.mercadopago.com.mx/privacidad) and confirm that your account uses Mercado Pago tools according to the \[Terms and Conditions\](https://www.mercadopago.com.mx/developers/en/docs/resources/legal/terms-and-conditions) by selecting the checkbox. 8\. Click \*\*Create test account\*\*. Done!
